Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026

This policy explains how Moss Atlas LLC, trading as Emery & Jules ("we", "us"), collects and uses your personal information when you visit emeryandjules.com, shop with us or contact us.

1. Who is responsible for your information

Moss Atlas LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (registration number 2025-001757543), is responsible for your personal information. For any question or request about your personal information, email us at info@emeryandjules.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact and order details: your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, the products you order and your order history.
  • Payment information: payments are handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of your payment and limited details such as the card type and the last four digits, but never your full card number.
  • Communications: the emails and messages you send us, and our replies.
  • Device and usage information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the products you add to your cart, and how you arrived at our website. We collect this through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.
  • Marketing information: whether you are subscribed to our emails, and whether you open or click them.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • To process, ship and deliver your order, send you order and tracking updates, and handle returns and refunds.
  • To answer your questions and provide customer service. We use customer service software, including AI tools, to help us handle and reply to your emails.
  • To prevent fraud, keep our website secure, and handle payment disputes and chargebacks.
  • To send you marketing emails, such as reminders about items left in your cart, offers and new arrivals. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link.
  • To measure and improve our website and advertising, and to show you relevant ads on other websites and apps.
  • To keep tax and accounting records and comply with other legal obligations.

4. Who we share your information with

  • Shopify, which hosts our online store and processes order information on our behalf.
  • Payment providers, which process your payment and carry out fraud checks.
  • Fulfilment partners and suppliers, which pack and ship your order, and delivery and tracking providers, which deliver it.
  • Advertising and analytics partners, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, TikTok and Microsoft, and our conversion-tracking provider. They receive device and usage information through pixels on our website so that we can measure and personalise our ads.
  • Email and customer service providers, including our email provider and the software and AI providers that help us manage customer service.
  • Professional advisers, authorities and courts, where the law requires it or to protect our rights, and a buyer of our business if the business is sold.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, sharing device and usage information with advertising partners may count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or as "targeted advertising", under some US state privacy laws. See section 8 for how to opt out.

5. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers and fulfilment partners operate in several countries, including the United States and China. Your personal information may therefore be processed outside the country where you live. We take reasonable steps to make sure it stays protected.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for our website and checkout to work, for example to remember what is in your cart. We also use analytics and advertising cookies and pixels from the partners listed in section 4.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how our website works.

7. How long we keep your information

  • Orders and payments: for as long as tax and accounting laws require, usually 6 to 7 years.
  • Customer service emails: up to 3 years after our last contact with you.
  • Marketing: until you unsubscribe. We keep your email address on a suppression list so we do not email you again.
  • Analytics and advertising cookies: for the lifetime of each cookie, generally no longer than 13 months.

8. Your rights

Depending on the state where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access, correct and delete it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and of targeted advertising.

You can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out request. To use any other right, email us at info@emeryandjules.com. We will not treat you differently for using your rights. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our response.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, and our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Our website is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
