Frequently Asked Questions

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery then takes 5-12 business days. Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) on a business day are processed the same day.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships you receive an email with your personal tracking link, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What is your return policy?

You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it is unworn and in its original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?

Yes — email us at info@emeryandjules.com and we will arrange the exchange with you.

When will I receive my refund?

Within 10 business days after we receive and approve your return, refunded to your original payment method.

Which sizes should I order?

Every product page has a size chart specific to that item. Measure yourself and compare with the chart; if you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Not sure? Email us — we are happy to advise.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay. All payments are processed over a secure encrypted (SSL) connection. See Payment Options.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are prepared for shipment immediately after they are placed, so a completed order cannot be changed or cancelled. You can of course return it within 30 days of receipt.
